01 Scope
This policy applies to personal information collected by ZitDevs LLC ("ZitDevs") through zitdevs.com, its contact and application forms, email and the delivery of its services.
Information processed on behalf of clients inside their own systems is governed by the agreement with that client.
02 Information collected
ZitDevs collects information you provide directly and limited information collected automatically.
- Contact details such as name, work email, company and country, when you submit a form.
- The content of your request, including project descriptions and any files you choose to send.
- Job application details when you apply for a role, such as experience, portfolio links and availability.
- Technical information such as browser type, pages visited and referring source, where analytics cookies are allowed.
03 How information is used
Information is used only for the purposes it was provided for.
- To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and schedule consultations.
- To deliver, support and invoice contracted services.
- To evaluate job applications.
- To measure and improve the website, where you have allowed analytics cookies.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
04 Legal basis
Where the law requires a legal basis, ZitDevs relies on your consent (for optional cookies and marketing communication), on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, on the performance of a contract, and on legitimate interests such as securing the website and responding to enquiries.
06 International transfers
ZitDevs works with clients and providers in several countries. Personal information may be processed outside the country where it was collected, with safeguards appropriate to the transfer.
07 Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for as long as needed to follow up and then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes. Application data is kept for the duration of the selection process unless you agree to a longer period.
08 Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information ZitDevs holds about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

09 Security
Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. Technical and organizational measures are applied to protect it, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
